Campervan Survey Results
In the February 2018 community newsletter KRRA asked for feedback regarding finding an alternative location in the Kuaotunu area for self-contained campervans, motorhomes and caravans to park, to give campers an alternative to parking at the boat-ramp and taking up places meant for boat trailers.
We have had a fantastic response to this survey - thanks to all those who took the time to give us their feedback. The incoming KRRA committee will consider the responses and decide what, if any, action it will pursue.
The question asked was:
Do you support the KRRA in trying to find a suitable alternative parking space for self-contained campervans, motorhomes and caravans?
A total of 59 responses had been received as of 11 March 2018:
29 answered NO (note that 5 of these would have accepted the Old Tennis Courts site)
30 answered YES
Of those that answered YES, their preferred site was:
18 - Old Tennis Courts
5 - Sports Ground
5 - Black Jack Reserve
2 - Somewhere Else
